Your orders are shipped directly from our network of premium manufacturing partners and distribution centers located throughout the United States. By shipping directly from the source, we reduce handling time and ensure your equipment arrives in peak condition.

We provide Free Shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States.

4. Freight Handling (Heavy/Large Items)
For industrial-grade items, we utilize professional LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers including FedEx Freight, Maersk, or USLTL.

Curbside Delivery: All freight shipments are delivered to the curb of your provided address.

Liftgate Service: Included at no extra cost if your delivery location does not have a loading dock.

Appointment Required: The carrier will call the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. A valid phone number is required for all freight orders.
5. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch.

Inspection & Damage: For freight items, please inspect the packaging before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Report all damage to us within 14 days with photos.

Address Accuracy: We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure this is correct, as we cannot redirect freight shipments once they are in transit.
