1. 100% Free Shipping – No Exceptions

ProVenture Marketplace provides Free Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

  • No Minimum Purchase: Free shipping applies to every item in our store, regardless of price.

  • No Heavy Item Surcharges: Even for our largest industrial ramps and storage units, the price you see is the price you pay.

  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge for residential delivery, liftgate services, or freight handling.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing within the stated handling time.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or during weekends/holidays, begin processing the next business day.

4. Order Handling & Transit

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days (Monday – Friday) once the carrier picks up the item.

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We select the most reliable carrier based on the size and weight of your order:

  • Small Parcels: Delivered via UPS.

  • LTL Freight (Heavy/Large Items): Delivered via FedEx Freight, Maersk, or USLTL.

  • Note: All freight deliveries include curbside delivery and liftgate service (if required) at no additional cost to you.

6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

7. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Damaged Items: If your order (especially freight items) arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days with photographic evidence.

  • Missing Items: Report missing items within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.
