Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through ProVenture Marketplace.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

2. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in the exact condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all labels, manuals, accessories, and tags attached.

  • Documentation: A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Note: Custom/personalized products, perishable goods, intimate/sanitary goods, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: ProVenture Marketplace pays for return shipping. We will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label.

  • Change of Mind: ProVenture Marketplace pays for return shipping. We will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label.

4. Restocking Fees

We charge a $0.00 restocking fee on all accepted returns, regardless of whether the return is due to a change of mind or a defective item.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return: Email support@proventuremarketplace.com or call (845) 584-7621 with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization & Label: We will review your request and reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid UPS return shipping label.

  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.

  4. Ship the Item: Print and affix the prepaid UPS label to the outside of the package. Drop it off at any authorized UPS location within 7 business days of receiving the label.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return is delivered to our facility, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our condition requirements. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Payment Processing: If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: It can take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to officially appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges

We explicitly offer exchanges only if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. ProVenture Marketplace covers all shipping costs for exchanges. If you want to exchange a functioning item for a different size, color, or variant, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order.
