At ProVenture Marketplace, we want to ensure a clear and straightforward return process. This policy applies to all purchases made through our store.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
2. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in the exact condition that you received it.

Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all labels, manuals, accessories, and tags attached.

Documentation: A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels. * Shipping Labels: ProVenture Marketplace does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Responsibility: The customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and, for heavy equipment (such as industrial ramps), arranging and paying for LTL freight services.

Defective/Incorrect Items: If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee.
5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@proventuremarketplace.com or call +1 845-584-7621 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the correct return address for our facility.
6. Refund Processing Time

Inspection: Once your return is delivered to our facility, we will inspect the item. we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payment Processing: If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Timeline: It can take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, you must return the original item for a refund (following the shipping cost rules in Section 3) and place a new, separate order.
